 .  There have been cases (on BYC) where worms and horsefly larvae have been found in eggs, so it's not impossible for a beetle-type bug to be found.  They somehow end up in the oviduct (I think) during egg formation and the shell forms around it.  A rare find indeed!  I hope you're not sour on boiled eggs now.
