yes, I got a bag of weevil-y starter from the feed mill --- since my chicks (then) were so young, and the brooder box was mostly wire, I took it back to the mill -- they shrugged, and replaced it
have had weevils get into flour, pancake mix, cornmeal, and cereal in my pantry, once before -- I didn't want that happening again
with a solid bottom and sides to the brooder, and chicks more than a week old, I'd say let them eat it, unless, as another BYCer says, the weevils have already eaten ... or will be eating ... a lot of it ... if you have lots of that feed and not that many chicks
my ten chicks went through a 10# bag in less than a week, but a 50# bag, that would be different
