How are you keeping the light bulbs from melting the plastic?
Do you have insulation between the sockets and the plastic?
How does the Teeter totter mechanism work.... I cant quite visualize it. I can picture a cam system that will tip the tray...
It seems like there is a lot of room in that chest but you arent using it I mean for eggs. Is there a reason?

From experience building a cooler bator. I don't think you want the fan down there by the eggs in the bottom of the cooler. I don't think it works well to have the air moving over the eggs plus hatching chicks could stumble into the fan blades. Also one other thing. Where will you put a tray of water in your cooler? You may want to add a mesh floor a few inches above the bottom of the cooler so you can have a pan of water under the eggs that the chicks can't get to.
