Building pigeons a loft out of playhouse coop.. modifacations needed?

hubby is building the pigeons there own coop.... we are basing it of of the chicken coop we already have plans for... so...

any suggestion of modifacations I should make if any?

then you might as well put 3 solid walls and an open front (with option to cover in cold winter), put the nest boxes on the back wall and face the open side towards morning sun.
