Bulging eye on 3 day old chick?

Please help me. The eyelid seems to work ok but the eye is bulging out. The eye lid is working and the eye looks dark. Does it hurt? What can I do. I am new here and think this site is one of the best. Please email me or post a reply. Chicks are on medicated food and medicated water.
