Bulging eyes in my Buff Orpington

Swollen Head Syndrome? Does anyone have experience with that? My chick is on day 8 now and swelling has not gone down and he still has to be hand fed.

I should note here, that the Salmon Faverolle chick I was speaking of passed away soon after. I never did find out what was wrong. (Note; I’m not the OP)
