i plan on riding next year and want to know if anybody here does and if they could help me to get started

I did when I was younger. Screwed up my hips, neck, knees, shoulders and back (bad!) but it was fun while it lasted. Just be careful! What do your folks think about ya ridin?

Well, if you was around here I'd get ya some hands-on trainin, its kinda hard to set down and tell someone how to ride, its better to show 'em then let them do it. Know any ranchers around where you are? Talk to 'em, they might start ya on some calves or steers til ya get used to it, but I'm warnin ya now, your shoulders and back WILL get to where ya caint even hardly move sometimes, so ya caint say ya aint been told LOL.

well im 15 calves and steers seem a little to "small" for me. My mom was thinking about going on vacation in june to oklahoma. oh and there arnt that many bucking bull ranches where i live its more holstein.
