I'd remove her from the flock until she is healed. How many birds, how old, and how much space. This is a step beyond bullying and is approaching cannibalism/death.

Agree with what's said above. If you know who's doing it (if it's just 1) then she would be gone.

I don’t know who is starting it, we have been moving the chickens according to who gets along best. She has been in the larger coop with more chickens. They have a LOT of room... practically their own roosting bars. We just did a lot of work. Two roosters are together in another coop, then there is a pair of seramas in a small coop., There were two that pecked her in front of my husband and I. We removed her right alway. Thank you for the responses. Feel so bad.

How much time can you spend watching them? Another option might be to try a saddle on her. If you’re moving them around, do you know where she is in the pecking order? She might have a tough time reintegrating once removed.
