I have 1 lone LF Ameraucana that hatched with silkies and cochin frizzles. The egg wasn't much bigger, and the chick only slightly bigger than the rest. S/he seems to realize that it's different, and sometimes picks on the others. Will this become a problem? I have some 2.5 week old Ameraucana but they are soooo much bigger. I figured that since it was totally outnumbered (16-1) there "shouldn't be any problems. Getting another chick is not an option, every chicken here was hatched here and I would like to keep it that way. I do have 2 of the 2.5 weekers that are smaller and could try in a pinch if it gets more aggressive. I guess the question would be, is this normal? The bully syndrome...
