I have a flock of four: a 4 yo Br leghorn (Alpha), a white leghorn, RIR & OEE. The OEE was lowest in the pecking order, but all others got along. They've been together for a year. After we lost the OEE to a predator in May, our Alpha started picking on the RIR, pecking her legs & even jumping on her and leaving her head bloody. Now the White leghorn is joining in - I've tried separating them, but the bullying just starts up again when they are reunited. They live in a large coop (8x4) with a 10x10 fenced run, & get free range time, but not every day. How do I break this pattern?
