What would yall suggest to stop the other hens from pulling the feathers off the top of one of the other hens head when she is trying to lay her egg?

Awe. Chickens can be so mean.

I just put a peeper on my JG who was bullying my BO. And it was SOOOO hard for me to do that to her. But it works. I'm going to leave it on for a good long while to try and break that naughty habit.
