I have a hen with some kind of sinus infection. I have plenty of Cephlexine, so that is what I'm going to use. Does anyone think I am making a terrible mistake?

Same here I also have a sick hen and 250 mg cephalexin capesules
Will this help her with sinus infection still not sure if she has a sinus infection but usually Summer time is when I've had my poultry get it.
