Bumble foot staying infected

I have a hen that had bumble foot in both feet. We operated and one foot looks good but the other foot isnt doing good. That foot we took out a big core but its staying infected. We change bandage out once a day. We soak it in epson salt water and she is on tylan. What else can we do? Maybe I should increase her dose?
Shes a black 1/2 amercana 1/2 jersey giant
shes aprox 2-3 yrs old
not laying now
