Did you poke it with a needle, or lance it with a scapel?

Bumblefoot puss is fairly firm and is not going to come out with a needle. If you have a cut made, pack it with the ointment, and bandage.

I just poked it with a needle because I don't have a scaple. I'll try to get a scaple and try again. If I can't find one anywhere is there something else I could use?
