Bumble foot?

I have a female saxony that we brought inside today because I saw something wrong with her foot. I finally got her calm enough to let me really look at it. I want to say bumblefoot but I just wanted to check. We have cleaned it since the picture and sprayed it with an antiseptic. I wasn't sure if I should wrap it or not
