BUmblefoot, again.. argh!

OK, so Iposted a pic of my chicken's foot a couple weeks ago, and it was bumblefoot, so I was directed to a thread about lancing and bandaging it. I did. It looked good, like it was healing...

I just checked her foot.
It's back.

Now what?

The thing with bumble foot is you have to soak the foot in epsom salts then dig then soak then dig, ect....ect... again and again! It is really an intinsive prosess! What causes it is what I want to know?!
