BUMBLEFOOT EMERGENCY!!!!!

The photos are hard to see. Where are the bare areas? I see some feather loss above her tail, which actually loooks like pecking. She may have been dumped/abandoned or got lost. I don’t know whether a chicken would run away due to bullying, but at a glance, she doesn’t look too bad that I can see.
You have received good advice from @coach723. Once you can, please do post good photos of the foot pad.

Severe loss on her saddle neck and some on the head. Tail feathers appear to have been pulled out completely. What should I do about the beak? Also I have a microscope should I use that to check for parasites? She is very afraid of us and tried to run away but her bumblefoot stopped her!

What is wrong with her beak? Sounds like she may have come from a place with a rooster, or she may have been low in the pecking order and was bullied. You should check her over thoroughly for lice/mites.

Do you have other birds? If so, you should keep this one separated/quarantined for at least 30 days to make sure she does not carry any illness that could be passed to your other birds. If you have nearby neighbors with chickens it would be good to ask if any are missing a bird, they may be looking. Sometimes a predator scare can cause them to scatter and get lost.

It is overgrown and she can only eat piled up feed due to that. Also one of our neighbors has chickens but shes down the road. Her rabbit got out and came to our yard twice. We kept him the second time because he was skinny. Her animals have just been showing up in our yard randomly.

I had to trim a scissor beak chicken's beak and it was pretty easy. If you've ever trimmed a cat's or dog's nails you'll be fine and even if you haven't I looked at a few different videos on youtube and was fine, just make sure not to go too short.

Maybe try talking to the neighbor she could have some issues going on and may be in over her head or something. You never know. If she is unfortunately one of those people who just doesn't care about the animal's care it may be time to contact the authorities to help the animals out of a bad situation.

Yeah, I would trim the beak a little at a time, don't make it too short.

If you have large rocks, concrete blocks, or bricks around they will hone their beak on their own mostly, and can help prevent overgrowth. Some birds are more prone than others.
You can mix the feed with some water to make a mash, may make it easier for her to pick up until you've trimmed it, and that will help with hydration also.
Your judgement call on taking her back (if that's where she came from). I understand, and if conditions are really bad I would be inclined to keep her also, but that is up to you!
I am one who has called the authorities on occasion for neglected animals, not out of animosity for the humans, but out of concern for the animals welfare.
