Bumblefoot Help!!

Hi everyone, after reading all the info on bumblefoot, Lisa n I attempted surgery on our RR Rooster Robbie...he was not impressed and the scab is massive (pics attached) at this stage we held off until more advice was sought. He is our pride n joy and we dont want to hurt him. Could you guys PLEASE look at pic and assure us it is bumble foot!?

i would soak the foot in epsom salt bath, it will help with the pain, swelling and to help it heal more quickly
