Seeing a loyal friend leave us is a sad feeling. Ive had 157 sad feelings in my life so far. Many stupid mistakes also

Skyhawks are the best. They get all the jobs done, with a minimum of fuss. And yay for high-wing aircraft!

Back in my learning days, I once ran out of fuel on takeoff, and somehow (after tapping the tachometer dial) thought to switch tanks to the other wing. Started right up! That sweet Cessna 140 didn't want to plant and flip in the lake any more than I did.

Ok. It's time for tax payments for all the airplane posts. Both of you.

Twister update

My beautiful Twister has passed away, she leaves a huge hole behind as she was quite the character, pecking at my leg for attention, and would hop up on my shoulder while I was working in my office.

Have the old girls pass away is sad, but to have a young hen pass on is just very depressing, she was just 2.5 yrs old and it makes me wonder if those leghorn genes had anything to do with it.

Goodbye Twister sweetheart mommy loves you so much, and according to biblical scripture, you’ll see each other again in eternity.

I might add, that I get to actually see Bob’s lost pets (all beautiful) when at the day that there is no sunset and no dawn. I bet Bob’s Phyllis, and my roo Blu are together watching and waiting for their hoomans to meet them.

Honestly I believe that contraption could do more harm than good. Just my opinion

My girls had a bad experience with the treadle. It wouldn't open at all. I had to send it back
