What the bottom of her foot look like?
Sure looks like it could be My Runner had one similar ended up taking her to the vet becasue I had never seen a bumble where there wasn't a blk scab. Vet put her on Antibiotic and Meloxicam after 7 days I opened the bumble the kernel popped out with minimal mashing. She finished her meds and foot healed up. Can you see where something may have entered the foot? stick ,splinter?

I’d say she has bumble the infection seems to encapsulate and the only way to get it out is to open an remove it. If you don’t it will eventually spread to joint, bone and blood bumble is staff infection if you are familiar.

Once you open it and get this out your going to have to use some kind of antibiotic ointment pack it an wrap till healed keeping her out of water too. After a few days unwrap and make sure the bumble hasn’t reformed which means you didn’t get it all out first time. Happens. I’ll get you the link to wrapping a ducks foot. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/wrapping-feet.1255043/
