Some do daily soaks, some go ahead and do minor surgery to get the plug of pus out, some use sugardine with a dressing for some days, some remove the scab and try to squeeze out a plug after days of soaking, while others use TriCide Neo. I have done surgery, but don’t do it anymore. I would soak, try to get the pus out from under a scab. The sugardine (Betadine and sugar dressing,) changed every day or two is a good one, and eventually, the scab can be removed and pus plug may be squeezed out.
