He said it's probably just urea. I hope so, but I'll keep an eye on it in case it ends up being a gut flora upset. It's the first time I'd seen pink flesh peeking out of her vent. They didn't have a pool for a week, and we just filled their tub yesterday since it's in the 40s finally so maybe some swimming will clean her up.

Happy for you she is on the mend!! Thanks for update. How much longer will she be on antibiotics ? You might want to start her on a probiotic since antibiotics can cause yeast infection.

I give probiotics/electrolytes once a week right now. She's on a 14 day course of the antibiotics.

I just looked up pictures and I think it's the exact same as an insulin needle.
