Bumblefoot on TOP of foot...Prids?

Thanks!, everyone, for your responses and tips. After treatment on Tuesday and Wednesday nights with an Epsom salt bath, gentle debriding with a moderately rough gauze pad, then Vetericyn and (when dry) a smear of Prids, she ("Bumpy") was moving better this morning--limping instead of hopping, and even putting a little weight on her foot while eating.

Based on your suggestions, this morning I wiped the area with a gauze pad sprayed with Vetericyn, applied Neosporin and then Prids, covered the lumps with a square of soft gauze, and then wrapped it with vet wrap. I also added a few slices of fresh garlic to their water and about a third of a probiotics capsule sprinkled onto their feed.

The bumblefoot-surgery wound on the bottom of Bumpy's foot is almost completely healed but still needs to be constantly covered. So my plan for the next few days is:
At night - Epsom salt bath, gentle debridement of bottom wound and top lumps, Vetericyn top and bottom of foot, Neosporin and hydrocolloid bandage on bottom wound, wrap with vet wrap but leave top lumps exposed, then Prids on top lumps. Return hen directly to roosting pole in closed coop.
Morning - Retrieve hen from coop, wipe the top lumps with a gauze pad sprayed with Vetericyn, apply Neosporin and then Prids, cover with soft gauze, and then cover the gauze (and the vet wrap from the night before) with more vet wrap.

This should get us to the weekend, when I'll be home to monitor her closely. Hopefully the Prids will have done its job and the infection will be right at the top to make surgery less traumatic (for both of us!).

I'll report back in :)

Update to all who've held my hand through this :)
Things did not work quite as I expected. By the time I removed the vet wrap on Friday evening, the Prids had already moved the yellow area of pus (lump on the right in the original photo) to the top and we did the surgery to remove it. The lump on the left remains just that...a lump. There is no sign of anything yellow below it, so I'm letting it go while the surgery on the bottom of her foot continues to heal (90% there, I'd say) and the recent surgery on the top of the foot begins to heal. We've been removing the wrap each evening, cleaning the wounds (Epsom salt-water wash, vetericyn, debridement, hydrogen peroxide, and then neosporin (on both wounds and the ambiguous lump)--not taking any chances here...), and rewrapping. Bumpy is back to a limp, which is an encouraging improvement over her one-legged hopping from before.
