Bumblefoot-what antibiotics to use?

I am at a loss and need some input. I’m dealing with bumblefoot in 3 of my chickens. Discovered it last week. 1 chicken is making a great recovery. This one I’m not sure. The spot on the left is the scab I took off last week and it has just stayed the same. The spot on the right is where I removed a hard kernel yesterday. Foot is looking better today, not near as swollen. I’m soaking the foot in Epsom salts then follow with poultry wound care spray and apply antibiotic ointment and wrap. I’ve thoroughly cleaned the coop, roostbars, and run. Turns out we had some rocks in the run which were the issue. That has been resolved. There is only one avian vet in my area and he isn’t returning my calls. I’m thinking I need to treat with antibiotics but have no idea what to use that’s over the counter and what dosage. Can anyone help?
