Bumblefoot?

I found this on my Australorp toe today, she isn't limping,but occasionally lifting her leg up high when walking. There is no swelling and redness. Could this be an early stage of bumblefoot or something else? If it is bumblefoot do you need to put a cleaning solution on it or can you just soak it and wrap it? Thanks

Bumblefoot is normally worse in the pad of the foot. Can you get a better picture, that one is blurry to me.
