Bumblefoot?

I have a roo with what looks like bumblefoot. His foot is huge. I got the black scab off and makes a incision. Only thing that comes out so blood. I used tweezers and still can’t find anything. Is it just really huge I need a deeper cut? Is it not bumblefoot? Am I just not doing it right? It’s not red. He doesn’t limp. He acts as though it doesn’t bother him. It’s just the pad of his foot is big with a black scab.

You can see the slit where I cut it open and it’s already healing.
