Yep! I will, last week I had so much homework, but this week I think I have got time! Im treating her now!

I was giving her oats and she started sneezing 🫢 I hate when chickens start sneezing and shaking. Shes fine lol

She is! I love hanging out with her! Great news! Got another kernel out! The second biggest one! 4 down 1 more to go! But I have 4 other hens with bumbles soooo-

I just want to say, thank you so much! Everone who replied in this thread have been so helpfull! Especially Sylvester, I would never had been able to do this without you guys! I'm so glad I posted this thread. Hopefully, it can help some others in the future. Im going to keep doing prid on her last bumble, so ill update you guys tomorrow, just wanted to say thanks! (I'm sure Maggie is thanking you all too!)

You're most welcome! Maggie looks like a big girl. Our bigger clean legged Dominiques were the only birds to get bumble but none of our feather-legged girls (Silkies & Breda fowl). But we figured out the Dom girls got bumble from sitting & snoozing on the rough stone borders of the raised garden beds & the cedar wood border of their sandbox! The vet suggested we wrap the coop perch to cushion it so we did but they still got bumble & that's when we figured out it was not the perch but the garden bed & sandbox borders that irritated their footpads. Live & learn sometimes the lengthy hard way ~ sigh!

Our one remaining Dom hen is big & old & she doesn't snooze on the edges hardly any more so this year so far she didn't get bumble!

Yes! She is a biigg girl! Chunky too! Not really sure where there getting there bumbles, but were trying to take away all the possible causes.
