@Themellowyellows The round blister looking part you can see is the wide part of a cone-shaped infection 'core' that needs to be removed. My personal treatment method: Before removing the core, I clean with Vetricyn, apply triple-antibiotic, and wrap (I learned to wrap from a youtube video). This seems to soften the sole and makes the core easier to remove. Then clean, treat as above, re-wrap, and repeat until healed. Check thoroughly, especially between toes, for potential irritation from the wrap. Good luck, it takes patience and perseverance.
