I thought I originally posted a thread under Bumblefoot. She is eating. Has a bit of greenish white diarrhea. I saw her drink water. I give fresh water daily but added electrolytes. I think I'm going to isolate her to see if she needs peace and quiet. She eats out of my hand too. Her vent looks good. No mites. Eyes clear. She keeps her tail down beak open.Have you posted a separate thread for this?
That could be stress or heat tiredness. Whats the temps there?I thought I originally posted a thread under Bumblefoot. She is eating. Has a bit of greenish white diarrhea. I saw her drink water. I don’t see your thread about bumblefoot. It might be good to start one with all of the info and some pictures you have posted so far.I thought I originally posted a thread under Bumblefoot. Temps have been hot here but started cooling down 2days ago. 98 now. We're usually pretty warm here in Texas. They have a fan in coop. Run in shaded. They get ice in their pools 2xs a day. Frozen fruits and veggies one or the other daily. That could be stress or heat tiredness. Whats the temps there?
Start a new thread "Not sure what is wrong with my hen! Emergency!" That should get attention quick, tell them what you told me.Temps have been hot here but started cooling down 2days ago. 98 now. Alright well im out of ideas, so please start a new thread! I really want your hen to be OK.Yes. Checked for mites and lice. She preens feathers. Doesn't pluck them out. Her tail feathers are up in the air this afternoon. Which is good. They've been droopy. She came out in the yard and stood around pecking a bit. Then laid down. It's getting dark She and the others just went in coop for the night. Maybe the electrolytes will give her a boost.
Thank you for listening. I've tried everything I can think of. Your feedback was helpful, encouraging and supportiveAlright well im out of ideas, so please start a new thread! I really want your hen to be OK.
