I'm not familiar w/Banixx since I've never used it, just triple antibiotic ointments, so ask the vet about it. The vet may offer antibiotic meds of his own or the vet might prescribe metacam which boosts a hen's energy. Follow the vet's instructions on whatever they advise cuz they will know best after seeing her.

I never take liquid to the vet since they have water there if the hen wants water. What I take is a snack bag of about 10 pieces of treats like soft raisins, shelled raw sunflower seeds, or whatever treat is the hen's familiar treat.

Like @Sylvester017 I don't take water to the vet - I bring a few raisins or sunflower seeds - but my vet usually has seeds and the techs like treating their patients.
She may not be that scared - mine have always rather enjoyed the car ride and are curious to see what is going on. Some folk on BYC have taken their chickens to the vet in open baskets allowing the chicken to perch on the edge of the basket and look out. I have never done that, but I do notice that mine are very curious to look out of the window.

She waa terrified! Poor baby! Im so glad I brought water just incase, she was so thirsty and hot. Im very disappointed with the vet. She wrapped her feet in these like high heels. One toe was stuck, she was no help. Only the antibiotics which I already started her on. The price was way to much for a chicken. Im just going to pad the roosts, use two corn cushions and hope for the best. 🤞It was a all animal hospital,do you think she could have gotten sick from there?

Well look on the bright side, it means you have been doing the right things.
Remember what a number of us have said, which is that it takes a while. Like months!
I think padding the roosts is a great idea. Corn cushions and soaks will eventually get it sorted.
