Bumblefoot?

I was doing routine health checks on my birds, and I noticed these spots on the bottoms of my Silver Appleyard duck's feet. These spots are on both of her feet in the same spot. Does it look like the start of bumblefoot, or is it just regular callouses or something?

I thought that bumble foot has scabs because it usually has a thorn or cut to cause bumble foot but I might be wrong I still have lots to learn.

It looks like bumblefoot to me because of the scabs and what looks like a little swelling. But I've also never had ducks

Not yet, I just noticed it this afternoon. I'll try soaking it tomorrow morning to see what happens

One thing that's throwing me off a bit is that she's not limping or sore whatsoever, I wouldn't have noticed that there was possibly an issue if I hadn't happened to be checking all of my birds over. Maybe that's just because its a really mild case if it is bumblefoot?
