Bumblefoot?

I think this is Bumblefoot but I would like other opinions.

If it is though I'm not sure how I feel about doing the surgery myself, especially since it's on both feet. The vet wants $80 just to look at her. :/

Looks like bumble foot. Is their a different vet you could take her too?

Not that I know of. :< it's sad cause I really like that vet but their new patient charge is just so high and I can't do that every time a chicken gets sick.
