Bump on beak?

I just noticed a bit of a bump or weird shape on my chick’s beak. Is this normal? She’s either a 4 week old Americauna or a Partridge rock).

Of course this was most of the photos when I was trying to get a good one of her beak.

It's hard. Not soft like skin. Maybe not as hard as a beak, but I didn't push too much on it as she was screaming bloody murder. Tomorrow I'll have more hands to help hold, take photos etc. This group of chicks hate me. It needs to warm up so I can take them outside in a pen and sit with them and give treats so they like me.

This is kinda gross but it reminds me of a zit. Can chickens get zits?
