Bumps on dorsal surface of hen's claw.

Hen is asymptomatic so far.. walks fine but how to treat these bumps?

That appears to be bumble foot infection, more often seen as a scab on the foot pad, but can occur in between and on top of toes. Soaking the foot in warm Epsom salts for about 15 minutes daily to soften the skin, and peeling off the scab, may help you to express some pus or waxy core inside. Then apply antibiotic ointment and wrap the foot with gauze pad and tape or cohesive bandage. This link may help:
