Two Bunnies today. Absolutely adorable. Kept burrowing back deep into the nest so grabbed one for a picture. Definitely doing great!

What age Can a Bunny be Spayed or Neutered??
:idunno
Also how deep of a skirt should I put around my Dog Run so my rabbits don't dig out? I'll be moving them to a Dog Run with a Dog house so the two will have more room. I googled and all I get is conflicting information..:barnie

We have a board buried about a foot, but I monitor mine as far as the digging goes. When they set their mind to it they can excavate a large area fast.

I believe the spay neuter age is 4-6 months, but I'm not positive. The vet should be able to tell you.

Occasionally you may see them sampling stuff before their eyes open, but they typically start at about that time. And this gets a bit rough - what they usually start on is the nest material. With mine, I change out the nest material by 2 weeks, leaving them with only hay, no fur, because swallowing the hair can lead to a fatal blockage of the digestive system. With yours, I think you may just have to risk it, because your temperatures are cool enough they probably still need the fur in the nest for warmth. You might at least switch out anything that looks soiled, though.

Yikes..Alright. I may just bring them in once I see them with their eyes open and Take them out twice a day to be fed by Bunny Boy. I know she feeds twice a day. Early morning and in the evening. I know I definitely have to come up with a better plan for them. Could I use pine shavings/Hay and straw though for better insulation?

I was talking about the Bunnies with my Husband. I got rid of my Chickens so instead of putting my Ducks into the Coop and Run I'll put all the Bunnies in it till they are weaned. I have a heat lamp in my Coop too although it's never too warm. As they grow I'll open the pop door so they can go out to the Run too. It's all skirted with wire buried under ground. :woot
I'll get this done today...:wee....:bun:bun:bun:bun:bun...:bun
