We're working on her drinking out of a bowl though. Man, her little milk teeth are nasty! Poor mommy pigs!

I have to confess something, I to have been looking at my girls and thinking baby piglets. I can see mating Petunia because I would end up with the sweetiest little ones but IDK what I would get if I mated Stormy. OMG

My poor Stormy was born without the sweet gene.

I DO want baby piggies! I just don't know if I should or how hard it will be to find a suitable mate! I read that a female sometimes needs a male before she will ovulate, she will come in heat, but not ovulate til she's w/ a male, which means she'd need to stay a couple months, and not sure I'd be able to send her away that long, or find someone willing to let me keep their male that long.

I'm still thinking on it. My pig vet who was supposed to spay her has quite and moved away!!! So do I look at that as a sign that she should have a litter before being spayed? (while I give the other vet time to study up on pig spays?)
