Thank you! Good to know! I didn’t realize the gizzard was so far down as that last one was in the cavity but then again I think I reached up into it so maybe not as far down as I thought.

When I am dressing out a chicken, I reach in and slide two fingers around the gizzard and pull all the guts out at once by pulling the gizzard out.
