Butt blocked on Roo?

Hopefully you can get the vent cleared.
Now the question would be why is the vent clogged up on a rooster - what's causing it. I would give him foods as suggested, make sure he's drinking well.
Take time for a few days to see that his crop is emptying overnight. If you have access to a vet, a fecal float to see if worms are an issue would be a good idea too.

Great idea I will try that with coconut oil. And the egg with yogurt too. Bless you for responding!

Still standing around. We washed his backside each morning and the crust is starting to break away a little. He eats very small amounts. His poop is green. He just seems lethargic but he's still alive so I dont know what to do. No vet for miles either. Sleeps a lot but seems alert when we talk to him.Any ideas?

Another thing.. He sleeps andwhen he breathes he lifts his head up and down and makes a slight noise. Could be he has something respiratory going on now. I thought about giving him tylan but I dont know.

I don't know what else for you to do. My pullet with vent issues ended up dying yesterday so I don't know. You could try tube feeding him, his green poop means he hasn't eaten. I'll tag someone who can help @casportpony Good luck to you!

It's good that some of the crust is starting to break away, photos of the poop would be good.
You treated for worms and coccidiosis a couple of months ago - what did you use?
If he's having a hard time breathing and you feel he has a respiratory infection, then I would give him the Tylan.
Tylan50 dosing is .25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days. If you have Tylosin powder, that's 1tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. If he's not drinking well, then you will want to syringe the medicated water into him several times a day.

I would re-check to make sure his crop is emptying overnight, look inside his beak to make sure there's no canker or lesions. Check him well for lice/mites. I'm sure you've done all this, but give him a going over. Wherever you are keeping him, plenty of ventilation, but also sheltered so he's warm.
He may be enticed with a bit of buttermilk and white rice along with some wet feed. Bits of scrambled egg, etc.

I'm sorry he's not improving.

He's a beauty, but he's not feeling well is he

Crop is emptying overnight? No lesions inside the beak or throat?
I would be inclined to try the Tylan to see if that helps.
At this point, you may want to consider treating again for Coccidiosis and worms too. The white urates, he may have some kidney disfunction, it would really be hard to know unless you lose him and have a necropsy.

Maybe consider treating for vent gleet - but I want to say that the discharge on him is more like Enteritis. Is there a heavy yeasty odor or does it smell more like urine?
