Its MSG, look it up. You can make butter. you need some heavy whipping cream or cream and a mixer beat the crap out of it until you see it separate into litle clumps and water starts to fly out, beat it until no more water is coming out and then with a clean wet hand grab the butter and smoosh it and then put it into a bowl. When it first starts to separate you can add spices or salt. It takes 10 mins at the most to make butter with a stand mixer and no "natural flavors". Msg is in everything. Look up its side affects and other names..then look up aspartame and then other sweeteners then fluoride.

We only buy Tillamook and look for it when it goes on sale to stock up the freezer. They use milk with no growth hormones. I do like to make my own when cream is on sale, it's easy to make.

I'd love to have a milking animal, but we have no pasture and DH doesn't want to be tied down to milking it twice a day. I would love to have raw milk.
