I think they meant millimeters (mm) ...atleast that's how I took it.

In regards to dealing with purchases your not happy with ... pictures, and emails go along way to get your money back ... if you use a credit card to start out with.

Wow. This is disappointing & kinda scary to read the reviews & disappointments these have dealt with the chicken coop produced in Wa. Under various names. We picked up kit (instead of shipped), put it together immediately. It took us a little longer. (We r not handy...to make our own). $399 on sale....Hardware is not heavy duty. Wood is lightweight fir...we have put 3 hens in. Have considered the hardware cloth...as some have mentioned (for added protection)
