Wow you work out late!Another workout done, now time for my protein shake and a shower. Leg day is hard but burns the most calories so I do my best to power through. I will def feel it tomorrow. How is everyone else doing? Keep going!

I have been slacking so far
but did try some new workout stuff tonight hahah will do more tomorrow as well as just plain walking.

I’m a night owl too and stay up until similar times but even I don’t work out that lateI do workout late. I'm a night owl, won't go to bed until probably 2:00 Last night I fell asleep at 4:00. I regretted that though. My hubby and son let me sleep late. 11:00am! What new workout did you do?

Yeah my sides were really hurting!! Lol And I’m sorrySide planks are great for obliques! I have to modify all the planks I do though. I have costrocondrodis(sp?) Which is an inflammation in the sternum, tendons and ligaments, where it attaches to the ribs. First time I felt it, I thought I was having a heart attack! I can't squeeze my arms in or do planks without a lot of pain. Keep up the great work!

I’m gonna go for a walk tomorrow if it’s not gross out!! I think the bad weather is supposed to start later in the day or the next day but we will see. I should have walked today when it was sunny and warm!

I also keep taking my Fitbit off too like I didn’t wear it today or yesterday cause my wrist is still sooo raw and irritated
I might have to put it on my other arm!
