Another workout done, now time for my protein shake and a shower. Leg day is hard but burns the most calories so I do my best to power through. I will def feel it tomorrow. How is everyone else doing? Keep going! It doesn't get easier, you get better
	
 
 but did try some new workout stuff tonight hahah will do more tomorrow as well as just plain walking.
 if I do then I stay up or get the acid in my legs lol and I tried the side plank here (4th one) and trying a few others hahah
