One ounce of alcohol daily has been proven to be healthier than not drinking at all. Unfortunately you can't save them up to binge on the weekend.

I smoke to keep my heart from racing out of my chest during a panic attack. I also find I’ve been drinking a lot. I am charging my tracker now. Maybe I can get motivated to move again.

In the past, the only time I had health insurance was when the job provided it. I went many, many years without health insurance. I was lucky and got away with it.

We had it up to the ACA passing was able to pay cash for last several years but very few doctors will still accept cash. Even with DS1 insurance copayment was $200 flipping ridiculous

I had to start seeing a doctor on a regular basis before I got my current insurance. Fortunately they gave a 10% discount for payment at the time of the appointment.
