Turned out OK.
Continued improvement thru 2nd and 3rd kneading.
Nice pan rise, too much oven rise, but sample after baking is fine.
Next time you’re not sure, you should probably send me some (overnight, of course, so pittas fresh as possible). I’d be more than happy to give you an unbiased opinion on the quality.

I joined my tiny local library! After living here for over 8 years and using the library regularly to buy and donate used books. I took the NYS Empire Pass out and intend to put it to good use this weekend. I've decided to stick to the familiar and go to Ithaca. I've been to Robert Treman, Taughannock, and Buttermilk Falls. I'll hit them in that order and see how far I can make it. Probably tomorrow.

This is Friday. It seems misplaced. I think toddler duty fried my brain... Yesterday, DH and I took MORF shopping and then we went to a fundraiser for another friend of mine at a local brewery.
Not real great beer, tolerable. There was a silent auction and I bid on a batik cow t-shirt that was really nice. The other stuff was pretty fluffy, like glamping in CA and 1K spa trips.
I would need to move a lot of firewood for that!

I've been making these for breakfast for almost a month now. I love them. I cook them in these little oven-to-table crocks that have lids. I'll wrap it aluminum foil and put it in my lunch bag and eat it when I get settled in at work too.

It has 355 calories and 32 grams of protein. It's a banana, one jumbo egg, 1 scoop collagen, one scoop vanilla protein powder and a handful of berries. Zap it for 1.5 minutes, stir it and stir in the berries then zap it for another 30 seconds. Done.
