While hubby was in Colorado for the wedding, he chatted with another former coworker who also made the trip. They are coming out here to visit on Friday. That will be fun.

The house is a mess The garden isn't very neat, either. That will be work.

They are bringing their 2 year old and infant. That will be ... interesting.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee!
They have downgraded the snow coming in on Tues to just a half an inch and some rain. The rain is good and it will help settle the dust and set up the dirt on the new car and wheelchair access that we put in at my friend's house. DH did a good job with the tractor and we moved some big rocks out of the way, old stumps, and juniper bushes, while her DH was cutting trees down. It is not perfect but it is better. It could use some road base and crusher fines, maybe next year and hopefully now, it won't need to be used for a few years because we put it in. It could happen...
I am going to go get wood that I cut up and maybe do some cleaning in my house.
DL, I hope the beasties find a new home!

Just got in from cleaning the coops and it is already dark here at 5 pm.

Quite a lot has been going on here at the Café while I was busy with DH.

@Mtn Margie Reading your posts conviced me that we all would be very happy to have you as our neighbour
Would you maybe consider moving to Germany?

I'm still alive! Life has just been absolutely nuts... I am sorry for my absence again. I will have to try better the next little bit.

I have a lot to catch up on here! If I can just survive this week... lots of work deadlines and then I'm off to a conference (the first one in quite a while) next week.
