Morning! Lots of chores around here too, again.... always.... Waiting for the coffee so I can start clearing the sinuses and head from all of the pine pollen and the smoke from the NM fires.
Saw the X-Men movie with the DS$. Tolerable. DS$ was trying to give me some background info on the movie so that I would understand it and I started laughing and told him it was okay. I have 20 years of X-Men books, movies and comics in my past, thanks to the other DSs.
Stay safe with the weather, heat, fire and enjoy the day!

Saddly no rain for us. I do not know how it missed us, it looked like Miss Ameraucana was getting hammered and it was headed our way, but no such luck.

I just got back from the big city airport to send DW off to the Left coast to see her mother and siblings.
She will stay about 4 weeks or so, hoping the fire season don't get any crazier then it is already.

Kids are so funny. I used to have a huge stack of comics. DH and I are big fans of X-men movies and of course the Avengers. The Wildbunch AKA my children always are amazed to learn I wasn't always a mom. Sorry to hear about the rain. We have been blessed with rain every week or two here in Arkansas. Farmers are really making a lot of hay. I keep saying a prayer of thanks.

Happy Fathers Day to all you Daddy's out there. I sure do miss my Daddy. It's going to be a hard day for me. You all will never know how much you are loved.
