Yeah! Morning Cafe it's going to have been a hard week, two days of school, one snow day, and one horse judging activity.

Good morning all. It's overcast here and they are forecasting rain and snow starting this evening into tomorrow. Time for some hot tea and make sure the girls are comfy before the snow hits.

Good Morning everyone, getting a late start today. Whatever this head cold thing that I have is...it can leave anytime now. Work up at 4am with the most painful sore throat, but as a bonus, the Stars were lovely. And it's not so bad waking up when you know there is no alarm in the morning.

Schools are closed today, bitter cold here. I imagine Phil is feeling it too, and Ralphie.

I need to find some motivation today, I must be making a trip into town. But I would rather just stay home.

And to answer your question Grey Mare: we love westerns, I'm particularity partial to anything with John Wayne or Clint Eastwood, but I also like Gunsmoke and Cheyenne and the Rifleman.

And when we aren't watching Westerns its WWII movies!

It's good to have animal helpers. That pic reminds me of when my parents would shovel walk ways for their dogs since they didn't like the snow and refused to go out unless there were paths.

a little update for you folks on the bench being built for mom.

got the sanding done this past weekend, and the paint has been completed.  Now all that needs doin', is to attach the seat with a piano hinge.
