Actually, I think a person could post on one single thread, and still be considered a Friend to many. The other badges are more "all around" type ones.
That is such a great way of putting it, and I absolutely agree -- likewise, a person could post on every thread on the site and be considered a friend to none.......it's about the quality of the threads you post in (and of what you post) not the quantity
Good morning everybody, and hello to the new faces! I am not moving off the couch today, I have a touch of something and it is making me miserable. Hopefully a couple of cups of coffee will help right the ship here. At least the house is clean!

Sounds like a plan I can get on board with -- DH came down with something just after Christmas and was kind enough to share with me in the last couple of days
Got him sent off to work and DS back to school after the long Christmas break (made even longer by the fact that the last three days before the break ended up being cancelled due to weather) so thinking a nice, quiet day on the couch is just what the doctor is going to order.

I'm more of a tea girl. I never acquired a taste for coffee. The good news was I didn't have anything really important to do yesterday so that made recovering a little easier.

Hot coffee is in order and y'all need to stop whining about the cold and snow. Think of it as an excuse to sit and appreciate being inside with a hot drink and possibly a warm fire.
We got three inches of snow yesterday and it is starting up again, maybe around 18inches to fall, we'll see. It is 23 out there, warmest it is gonna be until Sat. sometime.....
DS$ is off to school again and I have already said no to wrestling practice tonight; it is going to be mayhem with the driving. We will venture out on Thursday...

Oh, Margie, don't envy you that at all. Read a post from a friend back in my hometown this morning about going out to leave for work only to find the driveway drifted complete over to the tops of the banks created yesterday by plowing out.......and more snow and wind to come today. Now I'm living in a place where the sight of one flake drifting down toward the ground is cause for mass panic............

LOL, and if you are lucky enough not to lose the boot entirely this is generally the time you learn there is a crack/leak in the boot --- as that icy, nasty sublayer oozes into the boot.
