Good morning, spring is making a brief early visit. Yesterday was in the 50s. It was a beautiful day for a drive to go visit the PUPPIES!

The pup I'm holding is one of the girls, the ones on the floor are some of the boys. We are going down on March 10th to get Lucy. On March 1st I will find out which of the two girls is mine. They are both darling.

We also met the mother, who reminds me so much of our Miss Wiggles, but she is tiny! I bet she barely goes 50 pounds. And we met the dad, I would have gladly taken him over all the other dogs and puppies. I have never seen a more beautiful dog! His head was just perfect. And his demeanor...he was in a kennel with six or seven 1-2 year olds in the kennels next to his. All the young dogs were barking and jumping and excited to see people, doing their best "Look at me". Not the dad. He stood there just looking at us like "pay no attention to those noisy youngsters, I'm the only one you need to see". But alas, he is co-owned by the breeder and the kennel owner he was bred out of. He has a ton of ribbons and awards.

So exciting! Less than 3 weeks!!!

@MissWiggles the puppies are so cute! Are you planning to show your pup or pet? It is such a nice breed.

The weather has been unseasonably warm, so nice. We worked on the coop both Sat and Sun and my DH helped so I stained the whole thing and we got the roof finished so that is huge! Going to try to install some of the trim pieces today.

March 10th. is soooooooooooooooooo far away

DD, yes March 10th is so very far away. The breeder will let the puppies go as early as the 4th, but I have already scheduled my time off with her and changing it will be a total pain!

Merry mouse, I am hoping I will be able to get her certified as a therapy dog. We have several hospitals, a Veteren's hospital and quite a few nursing homes in our area that we could visit.

And Scott, I debated bringing a bigger purse! It was hard to leave them behind.

Puppies are just adorable!!

Hi everyone. I've been waking up early so I can get my work hours done by the time it gets warm and sunny outside. Now I'm off to Lowes to get some replacement fence pockets to fix the areas my dogs broke while we were gone.
