Good Morning, TK and Café

It's a Monday morning here so coffee is needed.
Only 50°F and still dark outside here also.
Have a good Monday!

Good morning, TK, Scott, and Café. Grandson had his first tournament baseball game this weekend. His team got beat in the finals 3 to 2. They played three games yesterday - that's a lot of baseball for kids.

I coulda swore I poked my head in the door and said good morning, now I'm back for another cup of coffee.

Remember and miss those days Sour, but yes, 3 games is a bit much for the kids. And bleacher-butt isn't fun for the adults either.

I'm sporting a case of 'bleacher back'. My butt is well padded - was told once it's my finest asset.

Morning! Sounds like it was a good day, Sour. I love watching the kiddos play but that does sound like a long bleacher time for sure.
We are supposed to get more snow tonight, tomorrow.....10 inches possible. Of course, I have to bring the sheep in and trailering on ice down our mtn roads can be problematic at best.
Thanks for the coffee!

Sour, I remember those multi-game days from when my boys played baseball. Your grandson is lucky to have involved g-parents like you and the Princess. Some time from now, he probably won't remember how long the day was but he'll remember his grandparents being there for him.

I just looked at our outdoor thermometer and it's only 31*. Funny, now that I know that, it feels colder than before I knew that.

Margie, be careful trailering on ice...hope you don't get all that much snow.

Have a good day everyone!

The tree swallows returned to the beagle club this week end. I spent part of today cleaning out bird houses. (Should have done so a month ago.) I saw a place where a guy has some bird houses for sale $ 10 apiece. Thinking about picking up 10 more on Wed. when I go to town.

I have a pair of wild wood ducks visiting my pond at my farm. We put up a wood duck box over the weekend. I suspect she has already picked a tree for this round, but maybe one of the juvies will use it in the years to come.

That sounds like a good price for homemade bird houses sour. Would you put them all up at the beagle club or hang some at home too?
